Privacy Policy - JurisFolio

JurisFolio provides a digital case file for advocates. Structured matter data is stored in PostgreSQL database juris_folio. Case-document bytes live in the owner's Google Drive or OneDrive.

This policy describes the product as implemented. It is not legal advice and not a DPDP certification. The advocate is the data fiduciary for the client's file. JurisFolio is the processor of the practice book, and a fiduciary only for its own purposes such as the advocate's email for the subscription.

Who we are

Operator contact: privacy@jurisfolio.app. Service: the JurisFolio app at https://jurisfolio.tailce422e.ts.net and this website.

What we process

What we do not collect as columns

Aadhaar numbers, biometrics, payment-card numbers. Privileged note text is not sent to analytics or crash reports.

Why

To provide the case file, Today, sharing, Fetch case details, and Matter Memory; to bill the ₹199 / ₹499 subscription; to keep the service secure.

Sharing

Google and Microsoft for sign-in and, after a later consent, Drive or OneDrive. A model provider runs Matter Memory server-side; the matter graph is the memory. We do not train a model on customer files. People you invite see what that role allows.

Your rights

Access, correction, and erasure: email privacy@jurisfolio.app or use Privacy request and Delete account. Export and delete of a matter are product requirements for the DPDP timeline.

Children

A family or criminal matter can include a child. That record needs a tighter rule than an ordinary client file, decided before those matters are stored as a special class.
