For the client's file the advocate decides why it exists and is the data fiduciary. JurisFolio hosts the matter, runs Matter Memory, and writes PDFs into the owner's Drive as processor.

JurisFolio is a fiduciary only for its own purposes, such as the advocate's email for the subscription.

Sub-processors include the identity providers (Google, Microsoft), the Postgres host, and the model provider for Matter Memory. Document bytes in Drive or OneDrive are under the owner's cloud account.
