Matter rows remain while the practice keeps them. Deleting a matter removes the structured record we host. PDFs remain in the owner's Drive until the owner deletes them there.

Account deletion removes the user, grants, and practice data we store, subject to backups rotating out on the host's existing schedule. Ciphertext in a dump stays ciphertext; dumps are still confidential because dates and CNRs are plaintext.

A 48-hour share link expires. Revoking a grant ends that person's access on the next authorized request.
